We are technologists, clinicians, and builders who have felt this frustration firsthand.
A decade ago, our founder Diego experienced it personally while fighting cancer, where every form, fax, and follow-up revealed that healthcare’s greatest challenge was not clinical, but operational. Care teams were not burning out from medicine itself. They were burning out from the machinery around it.
Sandy exists to restore balance. We build technology that removes repetitive, invisible work so clinicians can focus on patients, staff can work with clarity, and healthcare organizations can move forward without friction.
